Reiki supports health and wellbeing at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual
level. It is administered by the practitioner through placing his or her hands lightly
on various parts of the body. The client remains fully clothed throughout the whole
treatment.

Neck, Shoulder and Upper Back Massage

This massage aims to relieve stress and tension by using Chinese Medicine techniques such as Cupping

Therapy, Tuina Massage and acupressure. It focuses on those areas where we generally tend to carry a lot of

tensions.
